2024 | Building the Foundation
The OCCL acquires the former Dutch Bros headquarters to extend its programs into Josephine County.

Construction Begins
Hard hats on! Demolition and structural renovations officially begin to transform the historic corporate office into an open, welcoming environment built for families.

Building Renovations Finished
The heavy construction wraps up, leaving us with beautiful, updated modern rooms, clean flooring, and a completely blank canvas ready to be filled with imagination.

2025 | The Ivy School Preschool Opens
Our first major milestone comes to life! We officially open our Reggio-inspired preschool classrooms, offering local children a dedicated space for daily early learning and discovery.

Museum Planning Begins
With our classrooms thriving, we look ahead to the next phase: dreaming up, designing, and fabricating the world-class interactive museum exhibit spaces for the entire valley to enjoy.
A Generous Foundation for the Future
In September 2024, Dutch Bros Coffee donated its headquarters building in Grants Pass to the Oregon Center for Creative Learning (OCCL). This landmark contribution paved the way for the next Ivy School campus and a brand-new Children’s Museum branch in Josephine County.
